Nestled in a quiet courtyard, the property consists of two double bedrooms, living room, dining kitchen and conservatory with an enclosed garden to the rear. A building warrant was granted in January 2023 for an attic conversion comprising three further bedrooms, one en-suite and a bathroom. The front garden is easily maintained with chips and mature shrubs and wraps round to the rear which features a patio area and central lawn enclosed by timber fencing.
